Two of our Year 12 Casuarina Senior School Stars, Jaydee Williams and Rima Wosomo, graduated from the Northern Territory Police, Fire & Emergency Services Cadet Squad 6 last week.
This is a massive achievement for both young women, who not only successfully graduated from Cadet Squad 6, but also gained a Certificate III in Business, Certificate II in Community Engagement, a First Aid Certificate and a Bronze Medallion life-saving qualification.
The young women began the Cadet Squad in 2019 and along the way they not only mastered many important skills – they also got an insight into the emergency services and made some special memories.
Jaydee says she joined the cadet program because she wanted to find out more about the emergency services as she’s interested in joining the Northern Territory Police after she finishes Year 12.
Rima says she thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will always be grateful for everything she learnt throughout the program.
