Our Year 9 Heatley Stars have reflected on a big year with a Wellbeing Afternoon, where they had lots of fun kayaking together and then enjoyed a relaxed dinner at a local restaurant.
During their meal, the group had a yarn with their Mentors about the highlights of the year – many of which were Stars activities and camps, where they were given the opportunity to do things they hadn’t done before.
2019 has been a huge year of development and change for our Year 9s and it’s been such a pleasure for us to watch them grow into strong, determined young women who always keep in mind the Stars Values – Respect, Honesty, Commitment and Pride.
